Description:

At the UIC Barcelona Faculty of Dentistry, we train professionals capable of tackling the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of oral diseases with sound judgment and technical expertise.

The Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry prepares you to successfully face the challenges of the profession, combining a solid scientific foundation with the development of advanced clinical skills using cutting-edge technology such as artificial intelligence, digitalization, and advanced simulation. You will learn to improve patients’ oral health with a comprehensive approach, maintaining constant contact with other healthcare professionals and having the opportunity to specialize in different areas of dentistry.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.

    In order to access UIC Barcelona as an international student, you will need to:

    1. Fill out the admissions application
    2. Submit the documentation requested as part of the admissions application inside the admissions portal
    3. Complete the Entrance Exam* and Admissions Test Results
    4. Once you’ve been accepted, you’ll need to pay 20% of the place reservation.  

    Additional Admission Requirements:

      *Entrance Examinations

      -The admission exams will consist of an online written exam and an online interview.

      The online written exam will have 3 sections:

      1. A basic general knowledge test (covering high school-level biology and contemporary history topics).
      2. A psychometric test.
      3. An English tesT (level B2)

      There is an additional knowledge test on the socio-healthcare field exclusively for students from Pathway 4 (Higher Vocational Training).

      -The interview will also be held online and will last approximately 10 minutes.

      The ranking will be calculated as follows:

      • 40% -> Test results
      • 10% -> Interview results
      • 50% -> Academic record provided by the applicant

      Seats will be allocated strictly in order of ranking.

      All instructions for the test will be provided one week before the exam.
